Unleashed On 42 Cancellation Policy

Unleashed on 42 reserves the right to charge owners a cancellation fee. Situations and cases will be assessed individually.

If an owner fails to show up for a scheduled daycare or boarding appointment, they are subject to a charge. 

Daycare

Daycare No Show Fee $20 - (This is to be charged to the account on the day the dog was supposed to come for daycare). IF we are able to fill the spot last minute with another reservation, the owner does not need to be charged. 

Daycare Cancellation Fee (12hrs or less) $20 - If an owner requests a cancellation 12 hours or less prior to the day of daycare drop off, they will be charged $20. IF we are able to fill the spot last minute with another reservation, the owner does not need to be charged.

*If an owner has requested to move a daycare date, no fee will be applied - but this booking cannot be moved more than once.

Boarding 

Boarding No Show Fee - If an owner does not show up for a boarding reservation, they will be charged the entire cost of the boarding stay. IF we are able to fill the spot last minute with another reservation, the owner does not need to be charged.

Boarding Cancellation Fee (48hrs or less) $20 - If an owner has called or emailed and cancelled their reservation 48 hours or less prior to drop off, they will be charged $20. 

Boarding Reservation Cancellation (48 hours or more) NO FEE - If an owner has requested a cancellation 48 hours or more prior to drop off, they will not be charged a fee. 

*If an owner has requested to move the booking date, no fee will be applied, as long as the change is made 48hrs in advance.
